Press in the pusher with a special pin or wooden toothpick and set the date.
7 Second stop hand

10 Permanent second hand for normal timekeeping
This second hand is omitted on certain models. In this case, the second stop hand (7) can be left moving permanently and used as a second display for normal time measurement.
Stop the time and reset all stop displays to the home position:
- Press pusher 4 - stop hand is started.
- Press pusher 4 again - the stop hand is stopped, the time measurement does not continue. Press again to restart the stop hand.
- Press pusher 5 - the stopped stop hand and the minute and hour counters are reset to the home position.
Read off the stopped time:
- With the second stop hand (7), the stopped time can be read on the dial scale from a minimum of ¼ second to a maximum of 60 seconds.
- With the minute stop hand (8), the stopped minutes can be read up to a maximum of 30 minutes.
- With the hour stop hand (9), the stopped half and whole hours can be read up to a maximum of 12 hours.
