The process for repairing your watch if you are in Switzerland is: - Log into your MyOris account - Select the watch that needs to be serviced under My Watches - Click “Request service” - Select “Repair service option” The process for all other countries is: Your watch’s warranty duration is dependent on its movement. Warranties are valid from the date of purchase and in accordance with the product manual terms and conditions. Join MyOris to extend your warranty to three, five or 10 years (dependent on its movement). If, however, your watch isn’t performing as it should, or it gets damaged, you can send the watch to a local service centre for repair. Include a note in your package detailing: your watch reference number, date of purchase and serial number, as well as your name, address, country, phone number, email address and any issues you think may need addressing during servicing. Make sure there is plenty of padding in your package to protect your watch. Always send packages by registered post and keep proof of postage.
