In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us using the contact details and order number listed in your order confirmation email. On receiving your cancellation request, we will cancel the order in our system and if necessary we will reach out to our courier service and request that the package be rerouted back to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the order, issue a full refund to your account, and notify you via email. In most countries, Oris offers free returns via UPS. If UPS does not offer this service in your country, Oris strongly recommends you return the watch insured with a local logistics company. Otherwise, Oris is under no obligation to maintain insurance, and the safe shipment of any Oris product will be at the sole cost, risk and responsibility of the customer.
